Do I need to configure anything?

No, with Connected Plate you don't have to do anything!

We'll check the link with you to use. Your NFC tag will then be delivered to you ready to use. All you have to do is make it visible to your customers 🤩

Are there any subscription fees?

There are no fees to pay after purchasing your smart plate. It belongs to you and you no longer have to pay anything to use it 👍🏾

How long does it take for delivery?

We are a French company and all our connected plates are immediately available .

Do I need to plug my hob into something for it to work?
